SelectForm® Model 400 Series End Forming Tools

 The patented SelectForm® Model 400 Series End Forming Tools when used with the Selectform® Model 400 Hydraulic Power Pack provides a quick and precise means of forming the ends of tube and pipes. The Model 400 Tool can accurately form common tube shapes: end-expansions (bells), end-reductions, beads, flares, and other forms with the capability of forming tube diameters from 0.19 in. to 1.38 in. OD (4.7 mm to 35.0 mm OD).
The Model 400 Series Tools are precision-machined from heat-treated stainless steel to prolong tool life and produce accurate forms every time. The tool is easy to use, simply place the tool over the tube end and depress the foot switch on the power source. The tool cycles automatically and produces the finished form in 2 to 5 seconds. The tools are designed to produce an exclusive shape with low surface marring.
The Model 400 Series Tools are dedicated, hand-held devices that can be quickly changed from one size to another. Tools connect to the Model 400 Hydraulic Power Pack with dual hydraulic hoses, terminated with NuQuip® High-Pressure Quick Disconnect Couplers.
