NuQuip® Model QD Series High-Pressure Quick Disconnects
Pressures Up to 60,000 psi (4,137 bar)
The patented NuQuip® Model QD Series High-Pressure Quick Disconnects ease coupling and de-coupling of tools designed for working pressures up to 60,000 psi (4,137 bar). Depending on the application, standard ports come in either medium or high-pressure models.
The Airmo Quick Disconnect is available in either valved or non-valved versions. The high-flow check valve configuration allows for minimal pressure drop. For increased operator safety, the unique self-locking design stays connected under high-pressure. The optional handle eases automated coupling and de-coupling of tools. These components are precision-machined from stainless steel making them ideal for a variety of applications including: hydrostatic pressure testing, blasting, waterjet, or off-shore purposes. They can be used with a variety of services including water, oil, liquid nitrogen, other liquids and gases.
