Tube Expansion Tools

ExpanTek^® Tools are used for tube expansion, hydroforming, retubing and other tube expansion applications such as; heat exchanger coils, refrigeration coils, boilers, heat pumps, cryogenics and carbon capture. The tools are precision-machined from heat treated stainless steel. These patented ExpanTek^® Tools have a unique safety spring pregrip, and their sealing mechanisms assure a constant, positive grip at very high pressures. No additional fixturing is required because the tool contains all the high pressure load. Many different ExpanTek^® Tools models are available to match the tube diameter and pressure requirements of your application. Models are available for manual hand-held applications, or can be integrated with automation and robotic applications. The ExpanTek ^® Tools are engineered to operate at pressure ranges from 10,000 psi (689 bar) to 30,000 psi (2,068 bar).
