Airmo offers replacement wear parts for your high-pressure systems and tools including collets, fittings, springs, seals/O-rings and many others. Customers can keep their systems and tools performing for years by following our best practices for preventative maintenance and ordering replacement wear parts.
Preventative Maintenance Plans for Wear Parts
A preventative maintenance plan involves routine inspection and proactive upkeep of Airmo systems and tools to address any potential wear that requires parts to be replaced to maintain performance and safety. We strongly encourage customers to inspect their tools before each use and to perform more thorough inspections throughout the year. Thorough inspections can be performed in-house, or the systems and tools can be returned to Airmo for us to do this for you. We recommend replacing all seals/O-rings each time a system or tool is disassembled for inspection. Customers who implement a preventative maintenance plan into day-to-day operations can rely on their Airmo tools to perform for years.
What to Replace on a Regular Basis
Non-metal parts within systems and tools such as seals/O-rings need to be replaced most often. When these become worn or torn, you may notice a leak and/or the inability to achieve your desired operating pressure. Airmo offers repair kits and seal kits for all systems and tools so you can replace parts as needed. Systems and tools can also be returned to Airmo for complete inspection, testing and replacement of parts to ensure they are in perfect working order.
Ensure you have Replacement Parts on Hand
We encourage customers to keep replacement parts on hand, especially in high-production environments where a delay can have a significant impact. Airmo stocks high-volume parts so that we can ship them to you the same day. We will advise on which low-volume parts to consider purchasing in advance upon the initial order of a system and/or tool and encourage a preventative maintenance plan. Purchasing replacement parts with the initial system and/or tool will help avoid future inconveniences and potentially costly delays.
Airmo's Ordering Process
When contacting Airmo to order replacement parts, have the model number or serial number of your system or tool ready. This helps us quickly look up the original order, verify if parts are in stock and determine lead times if parts need manufacturing. Model numbers and serial numbers can be found on all systems and tools and most parts.
If you are having trouble identifying the cause of a problem with a system or tool, we will help you determine what parts to replace or if a new system or tool is required. If parts are stocked on our shelf, we can ship them the same day. If not, we will begin manufacturing to support your need and keep your systems and tools performing and safe.
One-Year Warranty
Airmo has a one-year warranty on parts and service labor. If you need assistance with any system and/or tool that requires it to be returned to Airmo, contact us for a return authorization.
